Order Processing

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and product integrity, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Hooks & Shanks once opened from original packaging
• Fly Lines that have been removed from their spools
• Wading Gear that shows signs of use in water

All returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
4. Package the item securely with the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number on the outside

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

• We will ship the replacement item once we receive the original product
